• Bug management tools should not be considered as an afterthought or be utilized after the development process is complete, instead, they should be a vital part of the development lifecycle from the beginning. It is important for the teams to use these tools to facilitate them in improving the testing processes.
• High-value tasks that are prone to errors like reporting the bugs and analyzing all the information related to the defects for a detailed report should be automated to a great extent; as much as possible without actually compromising on the quality.
